Patients from all over America come to these renowned plastic surgeons to repair certain parts of their body. Some offers were even so ridiculous that they were immediately refused in previous seasons by doctors.

This season, patients have gone crazy with breast enhancements, side breast extensions, puffy lip correction and even nose jobs.

The teaser begins with Dr. Dubrow asking Dr. Nassif if he has heard of the “elfing” procedure. To which Dr. Nassif replied: “We don’t do any of that.”

Dr. Dubrow then explains the term “elf” and how people operate to point upwards, just like the elf. Dr. Nassif hilariously responded that it seemed perverse to him. Dr. Dubrow leaves no room to pull his co-partner’s leg when he says, “Everything is weird for you.”

Later in the teaser, the “sloppy” doctors are seen calming down patients who had plastic surgery gone wrong and even assuring them that it could return to normal.

Both doctors also appear to play tennis in their free time, but age has slowed Dr. Nassif down considerably.
