Margot Robbie is pregnant, expecting first baby with husband Tom Ackerley: report

Congratulations are in order for Margot Robbie.

The “Barbie” star is expecting her first child with her husband, Tom Ackerley, sources told People Sunday.

Robbie debuted her baby bump in a white crop top earlier in the day on a boat ride in Lake Como, Italy, with the film producer.

The “Suicide Squad” star teamed the maternity look with an oversized blazer and low-rise black trousers, accessorizing with a cream purse and gold earrings.

Ackerley, who was wearing a beige button-down shirt and brown trousers, lovingly helped his pregnant wife onto the vase.

Representatives for the couple were not immediately available to Page Six for comment.

Robbie and Ackerley, both 34, tied the knot in December 2016 in an intimate ceremony in Byron Bay, Australia.

At the time, the duo had been dating for about two years after meeting in 2013 on the set of the war drama “Suite Française”.

The “Wolf of Wall Street” actress told Vogue in May 2016 that her relationship with “the best-looking guy in London” was unexpected.

“I was the ultimate single girl. The idea of relationships made me want to throw up,” she said. “And then this crept up on me. We’ve been friends for so long. I’ve always had a crush on him.”

Robbie continued, “But I thought, ‘Oh, he would never love me back.’ Don’t make it weird, Margot. Don’t be stupid and tell him you like him.’ And then it happened, and I was like, ‘Of course we’re together. This makes as much sense as nothing has ever made sense before.’”

In 2014, the couple co-founded the production company LuckyChap Entertainment, which created several films, including “Barbie”, “I, Tonya” and “Birds of Prey”, all of which Robbie starred in.

While they are notoriously private about their relationship, Ackerley gave a glimpse into their lives together during an interview with the Times of London last month.

He revealed that they spend “24 hours a day” together and don’t feel the need to separate business from pleasure.

“It’s seamless,” he told the outlet. “We don’t have a switch, a switch. Everything became one thing.”

Ackerley, who is from England, also revealed that his biggest argument with the Australian beauty stems from “whether [Australia’s] Tim Tams or Penguins are better.”

While Ackerley works behind the screen, he has been Robbie’s biggest supporter in public, often joining her on red carpets, including Variety’s Power of Women in Los Angeles, where he read her acceptance speech after she lost her voice last year.

Ackerley also supported the actress at the 2023 Gotham Film Awards, where he laughed her off after appearing to pinch her bottom in front of photographers.
