‘No Love Lost’: Meri Brown Wouldn’t Care if Christine Brown Didn’t Invite Her to Her Wedding

MOAB, UTAH: “Sister Wives” star Christine Brown married her husband David Woolley on October 7, 2023.

However, the reality TV star’s wedding was an intimate affair and she snubbed her ex-sister, Meri Brown, as they were never close friends.

However, Meri recently got candid about how she felt after Christine snubbed her.

According to The Sun, Meri doesn’t mind being left out of Christine’s wedding. A source revealed to the outlet: “Meri didn’t care about being there. In truth, she didn’t care.” The insider further claimed that Meri and Christine had an explosive argument and have not been in contact since.

The source said: “They have argued and remained distant since Christine left the family and moved to Utah.”

The source further added, “They were never close as sister-wives or best friends for that matter. There is no love lost between them.”

The source did not reveal the reason for the feud between Meri and Christine. Meanwhile, during Season 17 Tell-All, Christine made it clear that she was not interested in pursuing a relationship with Meri.

Meri Brown says Christine ‘deserves to be in love’

On Christine Brown’s wedding special, Meri Brown opened up about the reality TV star’s marriage. In the scene, Meri was decorating Lizzie’s Heritage Inn for Halloween and revealed that she knew Christine was getting married soon, but didn’t know the exact date.

Meri admitted in the confessional, “I’m really happy [Christine]. The reality star added: “I know she’s just wanted to find some peace and happiness for a really long time, so I’m really happy she found it. However, Meri previously shared that she felt ‘betrayed’ when Christine decided to leave the polygamous marriage to Kody Brown.

During a “Sister Wives” Season 18 Tell-All special, Meri admitted, “When she first told us (about leaving), that’s really how I felt. ” She added: “I felt very betrayed by her and that she was leaving me too.” Meri added, “Because she always said, ‘I didn’t just want the man. I want the sister-wives.'”

Meri explained, “I know what kind of relationship she and I had in the past. It was fun.” She added: “It hasn’t been very deep, but it’s been a lot of fun and I miss it. I missed it for many years with her.”

Christine Brown and David Woolley exchanged vows in a fairytale wedding on October 7, 2023 in Moab, Utah. The couple’s wedding is expected to air in three parts on TLC. However, Christine invited 330 guests to her wedding, including her and David’s friends and family members.

Christine’s daughters, Aspyn, Mykelti, Ysabel and Truely and son, Paedon, attended her wedding. However, the reality star’s daughter Gwendlyn didn’t attend her mother’s wedding because she was “too busy” with “school and home.” Meanwhile, the reality star’s father Rex Allred, mother Ruthann LeBaron and siblings were also present on her big day.

Also invited were Christine’s ex-sister and close friend Janelle Brown, as well as her children Logan, Hunter, Garrison and Gabriel, as well as her daughters Madison and Savanah. Although Christine abandoned Meri and Kody Brown, she invited their children Leon Brown and their wife Audrey as well as some of Kody’s siblings.

Meanwhile, David’s family members, including his children and two of his sisters who lead a polygamous lifestyle, were also present at his wedding to Christine.

Where does ‘Sister Wives’ star Meri Brown currently live?

“Sister Wives” star Meri Brown currently lives in Parowan, Utah, just a few hours from Christine and David’s $770,000 home in Lehi. She left Kody Brown’s house to run his business, his bed and breakfast. Meri often shares photos and videos of her property with family and friends.

However, Meri promised to rent an apartment in Arizona to be near her ex-husband Kody and Robyn Brown. In season 18 of “Sister Wives,” Meri promised to downsize and find an apartment to live in because she didn’t want to leave her family.

However, upon leaving Arizona, Meri noted, “It was a lot of work going back and forth.” She added: “Every time I’m up there I can’t do the clothing business, so I’ve been trying to figure out how to make it all work together.”
