The Bravo show newcomer further revealed that she began working for Jen while filming Season 1 of “RHOSLC” in 2020. Monica described her friendship with Jen as “I would describe her as if I “I was her friend first, then I worked for her and the enemies. I guess.” She added: “Honestly, she needed help at that time with her life.” However, Heather Gay came forward with her receipts to prove that Monica was simply using Jen to get on the show.

Heather played the recording of Monica’s call in which she said, “Damn Kim Kardashian was a f***ing assistant and look at that bitch now.” She added: “I can fully admit that the reason I was an assistant and setting up bullshit was for this springboard as a learning experience.” Heather further claimed that Monica wasn’t just helping Jen and had plans to become her assistant.

However, after Bravo host Andy Cohen asked if Heather’s accusations were true, Monica denied it and noted, “I really don’t think I would ever be on the show, but why wouldn’t I try -I don’t want to participate in it.” Monica clarified that she emailed Bravo producers and followed up with casting producers to get on the show.
