LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kardashian star Kim Kardashian has faced criticism online after sharing a workout video on her Instagram Story. Critics accused her of straining during training, raising doubts about the authenticity of her efforts.

Some users suggested that her facial expressions seemed exaggerated and insincere, implying that she wasn’t really trying hard.

In the video, Kardashian outlined strengthening measures, calling them “deadly” but crucial. However, criticism emerged as viewers questioned the authenticity of his workout routine, despite his attempt to highlight difficult exercises like “standing cable abductions”.

The internet voiced its opinion, saying Kim was embarrassing herself and her coach by sharing videos that were perceived as inauthentic or insincere.

Critics claimed the workout clips shared on social media appeared staged and lacked real effort, leading to accusations of embarrassment for Kardashian and her trainer.
