Travis Kelce gives a deep nod to Taylor Swift ahead of Super Bowl 2024

He is ready for it.

Travis Kelce gave a deep nod to his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, in the Kansas City Chiefs’ 2024 Super Bowl introduction video that aired before the team took the field at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nev.

During a montage of clips, the tight end asked viewers, “Are you ready or not?” – Quoting the pop superstar’s 2017 song “…ready for it?”

Kelce blinked immediately, showing that he knew exactly what he was doing.

Fans were delighted that the NFL star, 34, thought to include Swift, also 34, in the video and quickly took to social media to gloat over the subtle moment.

“Ha coming with a Boo Taylor reference,” an excited Swifty wrote on X.

“I literally screamed when he said it,” shared another.

“Oh he’s an icon, we’re Stan,” added a third excited onlooker.

Notably, the song Kelce quoted is from Swift’s album “Reputation,” which fans are sure will be re-released soon.

Swift lent her voice to Kelson during one of her November 2023 Eras tour dates, changing the lyrics to her song “Karma”.

During her Buenos Aires, Argentina show, she boldly changed from “Karma is the guy on the screen, coming straight home to me” to “Karma is the goose on the chief, coming straight home.”

The “Anti-Hero” hitmaker attended Super Bowl LVIII with her mother, Andrea Swift, and friends Blake Lively and Ice Spice at the stadium to support her love.

The Super Bowl marked the 13th time Swift’s lucky number has seen Kelce play, which Swifties hopes will give the Chiefs extra luck when they face the San Francisco 49ers.

The Chiefs and 49ers last faced off in the 2020 Super Bowl at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla., with the Kansas City team emerging victorious.

Swift’s arrival in Sin City came about 24 hours after she touched down in Los Angeles after four back-to-back Eras tour shows in Tokyo.
