Tyrese Haliburton Releases New Merchandise in Collaboration With the WWE

SUMMARY

  • Tyrese Haliburton and the WWE have released new t-shirt merchandise available at the WWEShop.com.
  • The Pacers guard happens to be a massive fan of the promotion.

Tyrese Haliburton just finished his best season yet, leading the Indiana Pacers to the Eastern Conference Finals. The Pacers were severe underdogs in the East because teams like the Milwaukee Bucks, Boston Celtics, New York Knicks, and some others dominated the floor. However, they somehow managed to have a deep final, which in turn will strengthen their experience in pressure situations and make them much better in the future.

Outside of his successful basketball career, Haliburton loves wrestling or the WWE. The famous organization and the Pacers guard have collaborated for a personalized merchandise release. Tyrese posted some pictures on X with a caption that said: “A dream come true!! Off now!”

Fans also reacted to the merchandise drop saying, “Don’t even watch WWE but I’m shopping.” Another fan said, “This is beautiful.” Haliburton’s shirt comes with “Tyrese 3:17” printed on the front with a basketball surrounded by a tribal flame design and No.0 on it. The shirt is available on WWEshop.com.

Tyrese Haliburton is excited to have the WWE host events in Indianapolis

Recently, Paul Levesque (Triple H) and the WWE released a promo video for the upcoming mega event that is scheduled to take place later this year. Triple H revealed that Summer Slam, WrestleMania and the Royal Rumble will take place at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

The WWE will partner with the Indiana Sports Corp to host these three events. Upon hearing the massive announcement, Tyrese Haliburton commented on X saying, “Just listen to me @NBA,” showing interest in working with the wrestling organization. Levesque responded to Tyrese saying, “I hear you.” Neither has announced a possible feature in one of the events, but fans are convinced that Haliburton will visit the ring.

The Pacers star was a massive professional wrestling fan as a child

Growing up in Wisconsin, Tyrese Haliburton loved watching WWE events. So much so that he used to prepare himself to make his mother pay for pay-per-view events. The 2x NBA All-Star used to watch various wrestling shows and the WWE with his late uncle, Garry.

Later, Haliburton would have his father buy tickets to watch live events in Wisconsin. But for now, his love for the WWE can be a bit frustrating for the Pacers team. Tyrese once asked to fly separately to Memphis before a Grizzlies game, just to watch WWE Fastlane live.
