LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The fictional world of Green Home residents will once again be turned upside down as Netflix prepares to premiere “Sweet Home” Season 3 on Friday, July 19, 2024.

Based on the webtoon of the same name, the series follows the residents of the Green Home housing complex as they face a terrifying and inexplicable phenomenon where people transform into monstrous animals.

The Season 3 trailer of the show promises a heart-pounding climax when Cha Hyun-su (Song Kang) not only has to face monsters but his dear friend Lee Eun-hyuk (Lee Do-hyun) as well.

In Season 1 of the show, Eun-hyuk is shown as a crucial survivor and leader in Green Home who uses his knowledge and wise thinking to keep the community safe.

He is also the older brother of Lee Eun-yu (Go Min-si) who makes difficult choices and risks his life to ensure the group’s survival.

He is presumed dead after staying behind during a massive monster attack to allow the locals to leave, leaving his fate unknown.

In Season 2, Eun-yu continues to believe that her brother is still alive and that’s exactly what turns out to be true in the season finale when Eun-hyuk emerges from the cocoon, naked and supposedly transformed.

His transformation is terrifying and indicates a terrible transition, prompting fans to speculate about his role in the future season.

The Season 3 trailer features Eun-hyuk taking a clear hostile stance, hinting at a likely fight with Hyun-su, while his monstrous form and intimidating aura point to a darker path.

However, there is always the prospect of redemption or surprising story twists. The series has a past of complicated characters, therefore, the final meaning of Eun-hyuk in Season 3 is still unclear.

Based on his tight bond with Eun-yu and the other survivors, he can alternate between being an enemy and an ally, depending on his ability to control his monster side.

This complication can make his character essential to the story, adding depth and unpredictability to the plot of Season 3.
